Teachers' Day celebration= going back to QTSS (:

I finally touched the wok after 2/3 years! YAY! Yuping and I helped ChengTing prepared 8 servings of fried rice today. But hey, the fried rice isn't that bad after all (:

Proceeded to Qtss to meet up with the rest. Passed a packet of homemade cookies each to Mr Lim and Mdm Xu Su, and jelly to Mrs Dass. Hmm... Didn't get to talk to them much. The canteen vendors really did change a lot. Met up with old friends :DD

Off to Marina Barrage soon after that! Had our potluck pinic there. Wanted to had the pinic on the grass but we wasn't allowed to stop on it. So, we ended up having stone bench as the table and the mat to sit on.

Food was great and so was the people there! (: Celebrated my advance bday there. JiaYin baked the cake for me :D THANKS! Thank you to also ChengTing, Glenda, JiaYin Gabriele, Fanny and HuiLing for the wallet! A new wallet for me! :D

Next stop was Douby Ghaut! Played at the arcade. Years since I played at the arcade too. haha. Had fun!

While on the way back home; Fanny, JiaYin, YuPing and I decided to go qw shopping centre. Played arcade again while waiting for the uncle at the spectacle shop. Wanted to buy my table lamp but I couldn't decide which one was the most suitable for me. So, I ended up buying the waste paperbasket after saying months ago that I want to buy that.

IKEA hotdog bun for dinner. And I'm still very full till now. Once again, while waiting for the bus to go home, Yuping and I decided to go Cotton on to buy some clothes. LOL. Two last minute decisions today. Didn't really get a good buy so I shall pamper myself this weekend :D

Take them as they come

Trouble is a friend -Lenka

Take those troubles away with both hands. NEVER bow down to them. It's you who are conquering them and not them who are shouldering over you. You've got to play a part in taking control of your own life. Treat each trouble as a stepping stone to build up your toughness and also your character. Treat them like a friend when they comes. Don't avoid them just because you wouldn't want to face up to them, esp the reality.

Trouble will find you no mater where you go, oh oh.
No Matter if you're fast no matter if you're slow, oh oh.
The eye of the storm and the cry in the morn, oh oh.
Your fine for a while but then start to loose control.

You've got to face up to them eventually. Take down each one as it comes (: JIAYOU!

Regrets:

1. not treating family
2. not spending more time with friends
3. not buying a tv
4. not buying an oven
5. not buying more clothes

I should have planned my money wisely. I've forgotten all the money concepts I had learnt all these years. How could I have been so careless?

However, in life, we shouldn't dwell too much on our regrets. It's too late for regrets when we have come to realise what we had done wrong. Instead, tell yourself never to repeat the same mistakes ever again.

Tell yourself that you wouldn't want to live your life each day repeating the same mistakes that you had done. Before you do anything that you think you might regret doing, go through your mind what regrets you have. Would you want to live your life during the period where you have regrets on something? You wouldn't want to, right?

So, live each day knowing that you wouldn't leave any regrets behind. You'll feel so much better without any regrets. Think about it! (:

What caught me totally off guard is the six of you waiting anxiously at my building's lift! All of you baked a cake for me (nice cake!) and singing bday song outside the lift! :DDDDDD

Was very much touched and began to be high and kept laughing and smiling. LOL!

Prawning was the thing that lured me out today by all of you! Even though we didn't get to prawn, I still enjoyed my day :D We shall do some prawning next time!

Went up to my house and ate part of the cake. MAMA MIA! Took some pictures and decided to catch a movie and then steamboat for dinner (:

Caught UP 3D! kind of touching. The 3D specs is also a little troublesome. It kept dropping down and resting on my nose.

Next up, steamboat! 15 bucks for a free flow steamboat is a steal! prawns and crabs are available too! Winghong peeled the prawns for us! thank you. and he couldn't stop eating prawns, crabs and golden mushroom. lol

By the time dinner ended, it was already past 10. All of us went home, and yes, I HAD A SUPERB DAY TODAY ((((((((((((:

Fri was a fun day! :D Took pictures and video with classmates. Went to safra and to minds cafe too (: played monopoly after dont-know-how-many-years.

Proceeded to ps to meet up with peeps for movie, 'where got ghost'. Movie's funny but the storyline is -.- After dinner, went harry's for a drink (: Met up with the cheryl, mich and lydia there! Tequila Sunrise :D I think it's stronger than the lime margarita ytd. Margarita's definitely nice with salt! Saw shufang at clarke quay :D

Today's a nice day for sleep in because it rained in the morning (i think). And so, I went back to sleep till 2pm! Cool anot? :D Replenish my sleep for this week! Tv-ed almost the whole day after that. Didn't study much.

Exams are nearing.. After that it'll be holidays! :DDDD

Disappointment

In life, there's ups and downs. (I know for sure that my grammar sucks, so please correct me if you spot any.)

I'm in such a state that i'm bored, disappointed, grumpy etc... I want to blog but i don't know what to blog. Resticted to blog about today. That's life.

On the brighter side, Lloyd's arriving tmr!! WOOHOO! I hope he'll enjoy his stay for the whole week(: Enough said. Tmr will be the day!!!!! :DDDDDDDD

Why can't holidays come now? It's damn irritating when you're saying something to someone and they kept making comments about whatever you just said. They just never agree to whatever you've spoken to them! Pardon me. Just a thought of mine. Does this happen to you? How do you feel?
